CSC में एक नया सर्विस लॉन्च किया गया है जिसका नाम है सीएससी टेली लो इसके द्वारा गांव में दूर-दराज के लोग आसानी से घर बैठे अपने किसी भी कोर्ट केस के रिगार्डिंग सलाह ले सकते हैं इसमें आपको ऑनलाइन वकील आपको आपके किसके बारे में जानकारी देंगे समझेंगे और आपको गाइडलाइन देंगे जिससे आप आसानी से जानकारी हासिल कर सकते हैं इसमें सीएससी वेली को भी अच्छा खासा कमी नहीं होगा जिस पर आपको कमीशन दिया जाएगाTele-Law envisages the use of communications and information technology for the delivery of legal information and advice. This is a medium of e-interaction between lawyers and citizens through the video-conferencing. The service seeks to provide legal assistance to citizens at their doorsteps through the infrastructure of CSC present at rural locations.
CSC Tele Law
The Government of India launched ‘Tele-Law’ – a programme aimed at providing legal aid services in rural areas through digital technology in 20th April, 2017.
For North Eastern States and Jammu & Kashmir, the project is rolled out through the partnership with CSC SPV and Department of Justice (DoJ), while on the other hand, States of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are rolled out in partnership with CSC SPV, NALSA, and Department of Justice (DoJ).
The concept of Tele-Law is to facilitate delivery of legal advice through a panel of lawyers stationed at the State Legal Services Authorities (SALSA) and CSC’s State offices through video conferencing (VC) facilities (in-case if there is a problem in VC the consultation is provided either by phone or chat).
To avail of the service under Tele-law, the rural citizens have to pay Rupees 30/-. However, if the citizens who belong to marginalized section of society, falling under Section 12 of LSA Act, 1987 i.e. (Women, Attacks, Victims of Drug abuse, People with low-income groups, Senior Citizens, Children, Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe, Victims of Trafficking, Mentally ill and differently abled people, Victims of Natural Disaster / Ethnic Violence, Workers in the unorganized sectors, industrial workers, Victims of Acid) are given free legal consultancy.

State-wise number of Identified CSCs
The project initiates to connect rural citizens with lawyers at Common Services Centres (CSCs) through video conferencing facilities by the Para-Legal Volunteers stationed at identified 1800 Gram Panchayat of 11 States viz Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh.
In the North-Eastern States, 650 CSCs have been identified in 650 Gram Panchayats out of the total number of 1800 identified CSCs. The remaining 1150 CSCs have been identified in 1150 Gram Panchayats of Jammu & Kashmir, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

The identified 1800 Gram Panchayats are located in 80 Districts of these 11 States.
